摘要
H-1-NMR metabolomics-derived biomarkers maltose, acetate, formate, and lactate have excellent potential as predictive biomarkers for bacterial vaginosis with an area under curve of 0.97 (95% confidence interval, 0.88-1.00), sensitivity of 0.90, and specificity of 0.95.
