摘要
Affected by transformer leakage inductance, the power switching in the push-pull circuit will bear high voltage stress. This paper presents an improved active clamp push-pull full-bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter suitable for energy storage systems, where it only needs to add a clamping capacitor in push-pull circuit to achieve the voltage clamping function. Compared with similar technology, the proposed topology can ensure that all switches achieve zero-voltage switching (ZVS) in full load range, further reducing switching losses. In addition, the transformer output voltage has a higher number of levels, which is closer to the sine wave to reduce reactive power and improve operational efficiency. Finally, an experimental prototype with a rated load of 300W is built to verify the effectiveness of the novel topology.
