摘要
Excessive emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) has caused a series of severe problems. Therefore, the resource utilization and conversion of CO2 are extremely urgent. In recent de-cades, the electroreduction of CO2 into value-added chemicals has attracted great attention. Especially, selective formation of liquid products has become a hot research topic due to their higher energy density and easy transportation. Accordingly, considerable efforts have been devoted to the selective pro-duction of C1 liquid products, such as formic acid (or formate) and methanol. This review discusses the latest progress of C1 liquid products in 2022 and offers some concise perspectives for their future development.
