摘要
The approach in relation to the "com-fusa" city has been used to address the problems of Latin American cities. Three actors of urban production can be pointed out: the State; the private sector; and the popular sectors. It is interesting to delve into the land access strategies of the latter, which various authors have called the social production of habitat. This article will delve into the land seizures and how the State intervened, particularly when proposing a relocation. Information will be offered on five cases in Greater La Plata, between 2010 and 2017, which present the aforementioned features. The aim of this article is to understand the causes that led the State to intervene by means of a relocation and what management instruments were applied. A territorial analysis based on the construction of cartographies will be carried out, with an aim to understand the effects that these interventions had on the logic of urban expansion of the sector. The consolidation of popular habitat problems in the public agenda from the 2000s and the various mechanisms and instruments used by the State to address them will likewise be discussed.
