摘要
This paper presents a co-simulation FEM of induction heating of gears. The co-simulation was made in ANSYS software used a circuit model (resonant inverter with MOSFET SiC transistors) and FEM model (coil, magnetic field concentrator and gear). The circuit model was built in a bridge structure of inverter with a series-parallel resonant circuit. The output power of inverter was 3 kW and the drain efficiency was equal to 96%. The co-simulation of models was made for C45 alloy steel of gear, and two type of induction heating of gear (with magnetic field concentrator and without him) at three operating frequency (MF, HF and 2F). Additionally, in this paper presents a distribution of magnetic induction in the gear, energy density in the gear, the characteristics of energy density in a single tooth on the length 8 mm and the temperature of tooth tip for two type of induction heating.
