摘要
The publication presents a thorough analysis of the current state of knowledge regarding the methods of detection of harmful or potentially dangerous chemical substances in industrial facilities. Particular focus has been placed on the procedures for identifying popular disinfectants, such as peracetic acid, acetic acid, and hydrogen peroxide, the increasing use of which in the food industry drives the implementation of increasingly stringent regulations regarding their content in the air. The study also includes a description of a proposed electronic system intended to enable effective monitoring and regulation of the presence of these substances.
