摘要
Perfectionism is increasingly a major issue in the school environment at all levels: high school, college, and university. It is associated with an increased risk of developing psychological health problems. The purpose of this systematic literature review is to paint a picture of the interventions developed to reduce perfectionism in the school environment. A literature survey was conducted among various bibliographic databases (PsycINFO, Medline, ERIC, and Google Scholar). The analysis of the studies listed shows that interventions based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy effectively reduce perfectionism. The article concludes with recommendations for improving the implementation of perfectionism prevention programs in schools.
