摘要
High -performance Ti6Al4V surfaces are urgently demanded in advanced manufacturing. However, balancing productivity, production costs and energy consumption with existing methods is challenging. Therefore, an efficient Ti6Al4V machining-strengthening integrated technique, laser carburizing grinding, is proposed. The effects of carburizing alloying and grinding heat tempering processes on the surface properties and machining accuracy of Ti6Al4V are investigated by comparative experiments. After laser carburizing grinding, the surface hardness reaches 850HV, the wear loss is only 6.7% of conventional grinding, and the surface roughness Ra is reduced by 20%. This study opens up a new technology for properties-accuracy synergistic manufacturing of Ti6Al4V surfaces, filling a gap in the machining-strengthening integrated theory and promoting great practical value in guiding production.
