摘要
A metal-controlled divergent protocol for the synthesisof alpha-and beta-substituted gamma-butyrolactones was developed throughintramolecular coupling of epoxides with alcohols. This method providesan efficient and practicable way to afford gamma-butyrolactoneswith good efficiency, excellent regioselectivity, and broad substratescope.
