摘要
The following paper presents a methodology developed for risk assessment of terrorist attach with explosive devices, carried out at potentially hazardous Hydrotechnical constructions and water facilities. Included are scales for determining different parameters such as risk, hazard, likelihood and etc. Examined is a procedure for the study of potentially hazardous constructions and assessment of the damages caused by malicious acts (terrorist attacks) at them.
