On a Point Charge in a Uniform Radial Electric Field Around a Cylindrical Cavity

摘要
We discuss the interaction of a point charge with a uniform radial electric field inside a long nonconducting cylinder with a cylindrical cavity in the presence of the Aharonov-Bohm flux. We show that bound states analogous to the quantum bouncer can be achieved around the cylindrical cavity. In the case of U-waves, we show that the energy levels are infinitely degenerated. In addition, we discuss the revival time of the system by showing that the s-waves and l-waves have the same revival time.
