摘要
We demonstrate a silicon-based controllable multi-polarization -states generator for quantum key distribution. Our device can effectively generate various sets of well-defined four-polarization states using the thermo-optics effect and combine them into one port at a telecom-wavelength. (c) 2022 The Author(s)
