摘要
With the advancement of the pandemic context in the state of Minas Gerais, the implementation of telework was established as the main measure to guarantee the social distancing of workers from the State Executive Branch. In this way, a quantitative study was elaborated in order to analyze the perception of professionals in this sector regarding the implementation of the Special Telework Regime. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, with 32,474 workers responding. The main advantage, according to the perception of teleworkers, was the increase in productivity. On the other hand, the worsening of quality of life indicators and the difficulty in delimiting the boundaries between professional and personal demands were signaled. Still, the adoption of telecommuting on a permanent basis demands a more proactive action from the State Executive Power, mainly with regard to offering training and infrastructure.
