摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic represents a major challenge for the differentiation of social systems. Brazil is the third country in the world in number of victims and the decisions of the different systems in the country tend to be expanded to others. This reality occurs for the health, science, law and mass media systems. The purpose of this study was to present, based on Luhmann's theory of social systems, the dangers of the mentioned differentiation for society and for human beings. The methodology used was the bibliographic research. The study concluded that the preservation of the function of each of the systems is essential for the preservation of their respective autonomies and for the preservation of both collective and individual health in the country.
