Considerations on Teaching Spanish Grammar as a Foreign/Second Language to Chinese Learners

摘要
The study of Spanish for Chinese-speaking students has become widespread in the world. In Cuba, the number of students, mainly Chinese, increases every day. For both teachers and learners, the subject of grammar has always been controversial, but given the linguistic distance between Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, the matter becomes even more complex, hence the need to study the most profitable ways. To teach it the purpose of this paper is to reflect on the approaches considered most pertinent on how to teach Spanish grammar as a foreign/second language and its application to Chinese students from the appraisal of the learners, although its essential aspects are applicable to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language in general. Likewise, evaluations and suggestions are made about possible ways of assuming their teaching.
