摘要
In this letter, a novel imaging algorithm that unifies the signal models for imaging targets located in the far and near fields using spherical wave is proposed. The algorithm, namely successive-interference-cancellation-aided spatial transformation imaging (SSTI), incorporates the successive interference cancellation (SIC) technique to improve the contrast and quality of the results due to effectively reducing the interference induced by neighboring pixels. The spatial resolution of the proposed algorithm has been analyzed both analytically and by simulation, and the measurement data was used to evaluate the performance of SSTI. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm outperforms back-projection (BP) and Match Filter (MF) algorithms both in the contrast and quality of the obtained images.
