摘要
A novel keyring-like no-heteroatom polyene dimer, puniceusinene (1), and two new N-N linking pattern dimers, puniceusoacids A (2) and B (3), together with seven known metabolites (4-10), were isolated from Streptomyces puniceus D-4 derived from garlic. The structures of compounds 1-3 were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 exhibited inhibitory activity against Candida albi-cans with an MIC value of 38.4 lg/mL. Compounds 6-8 displayed antibacterial activity against five strains of pathogenic bacteria with MIC values ranging from 8.3 to 45.3 lg/mL. (c) 2023 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
