Key TakeawaysBulk treatment chemicals often have supply chains or market pricing of a global nature, making utilities vulnerable to supply disruptions and price shocks from events around the world.At the same time, the cost of hauling chemicals often limits competition within a local geographic area.Strategies and resources are available to help utilities prepare for chemical supply chain disruptions.
