摘要
With the deepening understanding of the concept and connotation of low-carbon economy, the evaluation index system of low-carbon economy, which measures the level of economic development from a low-carbon perspective, has received extensive attention. However, there is a lack of a systematic and comprehensive green low- carbon evaluation index system that combines the actual situation of enterprises. Therefore, this paper first establishes a two-layer comprehensive evaluation index system for green low-carbon enterprises, and then proposes an optimal combination weighting based on moment estimation theory to realize the integration of subjective and objective weighting of each index. Finally, taking a power enterprise as a case, an example analysis is carried out. Through the proposed comprehensive weight correction method combining subjective weight and objective weight, the comprehensive score of the evaluation object is increased from 63.5 points to 82.51 points, which is 30% higher than the green low-carbon evaluation benchmark score. It fully reflects the subjective attention and implementation intensity of the participating enterprises to the green low-carbon development, and can play a better role in encouraging and guiding. The validity of the established model and calculation method is also verified.
