摘要
Enhancement of incident photon absorption in a subwavelength thick Mercury-Cadmium-Telluride (Hg1-xCdxTe, MCT) has been numerically analyzed in the MWIR spectral range employing an all-dielectric metamaterial anti-reflection coating consisting of Si and air to reduce the dark current in an infrared photodetector operating at an elevated temperature.
