摘要
We proposed an image segmentation algorithm (ISM) to achieve segmentation of physically touching soybean images. ISM is implemented in C/C++ and OpenCV Library (Version 3.4.8). Meanwhile, ISM is available on the NVIDIA Jetson TX2, and the average time to complete the segmentation of individual soybeans is approximately 100 ms, which could meet the requirement of online segmentation for images of physically touching soybeans. Its segmentation accuracy can be over 98%. The code of ISM is at https://codeocean. com/capsule/9640159/tree/v1 under the MIT license.
