摘要
The quality of seeds is fundamental to obtain a uniform seedling stand with greater capacity to withstand adversities in establishing the crop. Plant protection and nutrition technologies are applied via seed treatment, however incompatibility of the products used may occur. The objective of this research was to evaluate the maintenance of the physiological quality, the development and initial establishment of wheat cultivars submitted to the chemical treatment of seeds and inoculation with Azospirillum brasilense. The design was completely randomized, in trifatorial with four replications. Four cultivars, chemical seed treatment and inoculation with A. brasilense were evaluated. The tests performed were vigor, germination, length and dry mass of root, shoot and total. The A. brasilense in the treatment of seeds with fungicide and insecticide guarantees the maintenance of the physiological quality in the initial growth and development of the seedling, being this response related to cultivar.
