Especially for the metallurgical industry with large energy consumption, how to effectively control energy consumption during production has a certain practical significance, which can not only reduce the production cost of enterprises, but also enhance the level of competition and adaptability of enterprises. Therefore, this paper focuses on aluminum industry production in the era of digital economy as the research direction, analyzing how to use data mining to study the energy consumption in the production process of aluminum industry, clarifying the hidden rules and deriving the main factors affecting energy consumption. Based on energy saving and consumption reduction, the paper aims to improve the ability of enterprises to create economic benefits in the global economic environment.
