摘要
Mingbin Yuan obtained his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Sun Yat-sen University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (joint undergraduate program) in 2017. After that, he went on to pursue a PhD degree in the field of physical organic chemistry and computa-tional chemistry under the mentorship of Prof. Osvaldo Gutierrez. He focused on applying computational tools for accelerating reaction discovery and understanding the controlling factors of reactivity and selectivity in organic and organometallic reactions. After graduating from the University of Maryland in May 2022, he joined the Theoretical Division of Los Alamos National Laboratory as a postdoctoral research associate.
