摘要:
A parental transition can have a relevant meaning in mental health in two countries. Facilitating this transition is an important function of nurses. Information therapy can benefit parents' decisions. A portal oriented to the promotion of parental competences administered over the Internet, integrated into the individual care plan, can promote parental competences, in this case, relatively to the safety of the newborn. Objectives: Define a data model relative to the opportunities for the development of parental knowledge on newborn safety articulated with an ontology of illness, define multimedia contents necessary for a literature promoting healthy parental transition. Methodology: Content analysis of the material used in the preparation and support courses for parenting and pregnancy in operation in the years 2020 and 2021, in the scope of the Care Units in the Community of the Health Centers of Boavista and Paranhos. The analysis process was carried out by 3 researchers using an a priori analysis model. Results: Relative to the knowledge on safety, two categories were identified: road safety and road safety. The road safety category has defined two subcategories of knowledge. For each subcategory, the questions to be placed in the country will be determined with a list of responses indicative of facilitating knowledge or potential for improvement or knowledge. Conclusions: The knowledge associated with parental transition can be altered by the nursing profession through information therapy. The use of the Internet through nurses can promote health literacy as part of the care process, making it easier for both countries to achieve their mental health.
