摘要
Three previously undescribed bisabolane sesquiterpenes, trameterins A-C (1-3), and one previously undescribed drimane sesquiterpene, trameterin D (4), have been isolated from cultures of the basidiomycetes Trametes ver-sicolor. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and ECD calculation. Compound 4 displayed antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus with an MIC50 value of 22.2 & mu;M.
