Leadership competency of hospital managerial: a literature review

摘要
Background: The intensifying and accelerating competition within the technology sector has brought about significant transformations in all organisations, including hospitals. Leadership in hospital constitutes a significant component of the managerial domain, and it is crucial to recognise that these two concepts are distinct from another. This study aims to review the leadership competency of hospital management. Methods: This literature review analyses the previous studies that comprehends about leadership competency of hospital managerial. Results: Leadership can be conceptualised as a dynamic process that involves exerting influence on individuals or groups in order to collectively attain shared objectives. The others, management encompasses a set of activities that encompass planning, organising, and exercising control over resources and processes. In hospitals it is widely acknowledged that possessing managerial skills alone is insufficient for effective managerial performance. Conclusion: Hospital managers must possess the ability to mobilise individuals within management roles in order to effectively attain shared objectives.
