摘要
Knowledge management has become a tool to ensure long-lasting and efficient processes within organizations to ensure that knowledge transcends between employees and areas of the company, based on the correct use of tools that allow them to manage knowledge properly. In this sense, the aim of this paper is to examine tools, models, and methodologies of knowledge management that can be eventually replicated in some organizations, especially service organizations. The methodology used was a literature review, through the collection of documents in the SCOPUS, database based on a search equation that yielded 65 texts as a result. Among the results found, 10 knowledge management models were analyzed, identifying how knowledge management, more than a technological tool, seeks the coherent administration of people, culture, good practices, and organizational structure. It was possible to identify the importance of human capital in this process and practices, and the need to propose an interactive model that seeks the integrity of data and greater participation with the client.
