Unconventional photon blockade in four mode coupled optomechanical system

摘要
In this study we theoretically and numerically analyze the photon statistics of a weakly driven optomechanical system comprising two optical and two mechanical modes where each mechanical mode is cross-coupled with the two cavity modes by a three-mode optomechanical interaction. We analytically determine the optimal conditions of unconventional photon blockade due to destructive interference between different transition pathways in weak Kerr nonlinear regime. We also numerically evaluate the second order photon correlation function and plot it against different system parameters to find that the numerical results are in agreement with analytical optimal conditions.(c) 2023 Elsevier B.V.
