Eine Sectio-Hysterektomie bei Placenta-accreta-Spektrum-Storung (PAS) geht mit einem erheblichen Risiko fur peri- und postoperative Komplikationen einher. Wie haufig kommt es im Zuge des Eingriffs zu Verletzungen der unteren Harnwege? Dieser Frage ging ein Forscherteam aus Italien im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Studie nach.
