摘要
A historical examination of the bestiaries from the Middle Ages to the present day allows us to recognize a macho bias that characterizes them from their first expressions. However, in the short novel Bestiaria vida by Cecilia Eudave, the Mexican author subverts these preconceptions and appropriates the mechanism and structure of the traditional bestiary from a body's point of view and female metaphysical concerns.
