摘要
Support for patients and families in palliative care settings requires special professional acuity. If this seems obvious in the exercise of interdisciplinarity, it is even more so when supporting this population when it is faced with bereavement in all its forms. In this sense, spiritual support must fully satisfy certain requirements, which invites research to propose paradigms that are even more adapted. The objective of this article, based on its clinical vignette, proposes to adapt the theological concept of "kenosis" to the contemporary culture of spiritual care in a palliative setting. The results of our analysis are polymorphous and therefore address all types of spirituality.
