摘要
Cervical carcinomas are the most common gynecological cancer in pregnancy and are usually diagnosed at an early stage. After histological confirmation, the subsequent procedure must be discussed with the patient on an interdisciplinary basis. The final therapy is independent of pregnancy and depends on the tumor stage. In advanced tumor stages, prompt delivery and initiation of definitive therapy should be considered. If the patient wishes to maintain the pregnancy, fertility-preserving surgery may be considered in early stages or neoadjuvant chemotherapy in higher tumor stages. Delivery should be by cesarean section.
