摘要
Team cohesion is of great significance for cultivating the team spirit of football training groups and promoting the development of football training groups. In this work, we adopt the structural equation modeling method to construct a team cohesion model to explore the key factors affecting team cohesion from the perspective of group psychology. The purpose of this study is to determine what variables affect football training group cohesion. It breaks down the twelve essential elements into twelve categories using structural equation modeling: expectations, team goals, organizational identity, interpersonal relationships, and group sense of honor. Interpersonal connections and group participation are greatly impacted by institutional culture. According to the research, a relationship model that encourages tight connections between teammates, football, psychology, and physical motions can promote and strengthen cohesiveness in implicit growth.
