摘要
This research aims to see how War Room's implementation improves the quality of security services in Makassar City. Developing a city using the Smart City concept is one of the methods used by the Makassar City Government so that the primary step of the Makassar City Government in building a Smart City is to encourage the city government, which can then be developed again to the community through services provided on a technology basis. Emphasis on innovative city development in overcoming many problems in each city, including traffic jams and city residents' safety to social issues. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that carries out a literature study. The author also makes articles, news, andWeb sites related to the War Room in Makassar City. The findings in this study indicate that the Makassar City Government can monitor city activities through CCTV, which is clear and connected directly to the War Room, making it easier for government to detect security threats and crime rates in Makassar City.
