摘要：

This paper analyzes the past, present, and future of the Philosophy of Law. It begins with the past, which is the longest part, to prove that reflection on Law in the philosophical field has existed since the very beginning of humanity, only that it has been done under different names. That is why it is inadmissible that this study, conducted mainly in universities, is at risk of disappearing. It is urgent to reverse this situation by revising and valuing the contents of Legal Philosophy in order to return the that to it.
