摘要
We present a new coherent LiDAR prototype with two-dimensional microelectro-mechanical-system scanning and walk-off mitigation capability. We address the linearization challenge of the FMCW transmitter, the scan -capture -synchronization and provide point-clouds of two distinct objects.
