摘要：
Methotrexate and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole combination. Methotrexate and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole are antimetabolites indicated for autoimmune diseases and infections. Their co- administration can lead to serious adverse effects that may be life-threatening. It is strictly contraindicated. An alternative treatment must be proposed. (c) 2023 Elsevier Masson SAS.
