The objective of this study is to analyze the strategies implemented at the Uniandes Quevedo headquarters to ensure the effective functioning of sports projects. In methodological terms, a mixed sequential approach was adopted, combining different scientific methods, such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive approach, systemic approach and modeling. The study was carried out at the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes, specifically in the Quevedo extension. The main result of this research is the development of a system of management strategies for the implementation of the Institutional Sports Project, covering both the Sports Games and the Insutec Professional Soccer Club Team. These strategies seek to ensure a comprehensive and effective approach in the management of sports projects, thus promoting student participation and the achievement of the established objectives.
