摘要：
In this article we are going to reflect on the duration of one of the most relevant criminal investigation measures: the interception of oral communications. In view of the divergences in case law, we offer some interpretative guidelines to answer this question, linked to the fundamental right to privacy and with implications for the lawfulness of evidence.
