Stadium occupancy or paying public influence in the advantage of playing at home? an analysis with empty stadiums

摘要
The aim of this study was to compare the advanage of playing at home for teams with higher averages of paying public or with higher averages of occunpacy of the Stadium during the absence of crowd. Retrospective study in which the Advantage of playing at home in the 2019 and 2020 seasons of the Brazilian Championship first and second division was analyzed. The da were presented with descriptive statistics and na independente t-test was performanced adopting the value of p<0.05 as statistical difference. The average numeber of crowd and the averacy occupancy of the Stadium did not influence the advantage of playing at home during the absence of crowd.
