摘要
Previous studies have found that bedtime procrastination among college students is an important risk predictor of fatigue. However, we have not yet fully explored the intermediary mechanism behind this association. This study explored the relationship between bedtime procrastination and fatigue, and explored the mediating role of mobile phone addiction. Eight hundred and fifteen Chinese college students (104 males, 711 females) aged 18-25 years completed the Bedtime Procrastination Scale, Mobile Phone Addiction Index, and Fatigue Scale. Studies have found that bedtime procrastination can predict fatigue. In addition, a surprising discovery that mobile phone addiction partially mediates between bedtime procrastination and fatigue. Several relationships between fatigue and demographic variables were also identified. Our research provided additional evidence for the positive association between bedtime procrastination and fatigue.
