摘要
The Amazon, in its economic-political-social integration process, underwent major transformations, especially in landscapes. In these, the intensity of work is the result of the implementation of economic activities related to the development strategy proposed by the federal government from 1970 onwards. In this sense, the objective of this article is to classify the different anthropogenic landscape units, developed in the Tucurui river sub-basin, Jaurucu basin below Xingu river from the development of economic activities related to the construction of the Transamazonica highway. The research was carried out in 3 (three) integrated stages: bibliographical research on the process of occupation and development of economic activities in the Trans-Amazonian, field research integrated with the laboratory stage, where the processing and analysis of orbital images in a geographic information system took place. Qgis 3.10, for the identification and classification of different physiognomies of landscapes altered by the Work. In light of the above, the Tucurui river sub-basin today is made up of different physiognomies of anthropogenic landscapes that are subdivided into five units: Hills and hills of forest remnants; Hills and capoeirao hills in drained valleys; Steep lowlands, silted up and occupied by river-influenced vegetation; Steep shallows, silted up and occupied by sediments from collapsed slopes; Hills and hills occupied by extensive anthropogenic pastures.
