Das Gehirn und der Darm stehen unter anderem uber hormonelle, neurale und inflammatorische Signale miteinander in Kontakt. Aufgrund dieser bidirektionalen Kommunikation beeinflussen sich psychische Erkrankungen und chronisch-entzundliche Darmerkrankungen (CED) wechselseitig. Inwiefern beeinflusst der Verlauf von Angststorungen und Depressionen uber einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr den Behandlungsbedarf der Darmerkrankungen und deren Prognose?
