摘要：
Eine Arthrose des ersten Metatarsophalangeal-Gelenks (MTP) verursacht starke Schmerzen, beeintrachtigt die korperliche Funktion und schrankt die Lebensqualitat deutlich ein. Viele Betroffene bekommen zur Schmerzlinderung Einlagen verschrieben. Ob dies den Patientinnen und Patienten tatsachlich hilft, untersuchte nun ein australisches Forscherteam mithilfe einer randomisierten kontrollierten Multicenterstudie.
