摘要
In the petrochemical industry, various types of amine solutions are used for absorption. The density of amine solutions in modeling the mass transfer rate in absorbers and regenerators is very important and these properties affect the coefficient of the liquid film for mass transfer. In this scientific work, the determination of the density and viscosity of an aqueous solution of methyldiethanolamine is considered. The research technique consists in using a capillary viscometer viscosity of clear liquids-4 and a density meter DMA 4500 from Anton Paar (Graz, Austria) under atmospheric conditions. The experiments were carried out at atmospheric pressure, and the temperature range varied from 20 to 150 degrees C with an interval of 10 degrees C. A laboratory stand was used to maintain the temperature of the test liquid. The aqueous mixture was prepared on a CAS NWP-3000 balance, and the concentration of N-methyldiethanolamine in the aqueous solution varied from 0.3 to 0.5 wt. The dynamic viscosity was determined by calculation and experiment, and the optimal function for calculating the density was also proposed. According to the data, the optimal function and regression parameters were determined. It has also been established that the mixture 0.4methyldiethanolamine +0.6water is more stable than other mixtures in the range from 10 degrees C to 140 degrees C. Limiting values of dynamic viscosity (mPa*s) of binary mixtures methyldiethanolamine+water are determined experimentally. The results showed that the viscosity depends on temperature and amine concentration
