The Weaknesses of the Legal Substance of the Internal Supervision System in State-Owned Enterprises Plantation

Plantation State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) aim to achieve profits for the realization of people's welfare. Based on the existing legal substance, an SPI has been established for State-Owned Enterprises in Plantation. However, the legal substance of the SPI on state-owned plantations still has weaknesses. This paper will be discussed on the consequences of the weakness in the legal substance of SPI in Plantation SOEs. This research is a normative legal research which used juridical normative approach method used to analyze various laws and regulations related to the weakness of the legal substance of SPI in Plantation SOEs. As a conclusion, the legal substance of SPI in Plantation SOEs still has weaknesses, which resulted in 6 (six) things. With regard to these legal facts, it is hoped that the Government together with the House of Representatives (DPR), as well as the Minister of BUMN as a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) representing the Government.
