Investigating The Relationship between School Administrators? Organizational Justice and Teachers? Organizational Commitment and Trust

This research aimed to examine the relationship between the organizational justice behaviors of school administrators and the organizational commitment and organizational trust of teachers, as well as determining to what extent the organizational justice behaviors of school administrators predict teachers' organizational commitment and organizational trust. Relational survey model was used in this study. The data were collected from a total of 442 teachers (259 women and 183 men) in the central districts of Mersin province in the 2019-2020 academic year. The data of the research were collected with organizational justice, organizational commitment and organizational trust scales, and the data were analyzed through correlation and regression analysis. According to the findings of the study, it was revealed that all sub-dimensions of organizational justice behaviors of school administrators were positively and significantly related to all sub-dimensions of teachers' organizational commitment and organizational trust, and organizational justice behaviors of school administrators positively predicted teachers' organizational commitment and organizational trust. The most striking finding is that all sub-dimensions of organizational justice have a highly significant relationship with all sub-dimensions of organizational trust. It was also understood that all sub-dimensions of organizational justice predicted the trust in administrator sub-dimension of organizational trust the most.
