Endocrine adverse events of immune checkpoint inhibitors

摘要：
Endocrine side effects are frequent and must be systematically detected. Hypophysitis and thyroiditis may follow one another, hence the importance of correctly interpreting hormone levels ( TSH and free T4). Unlike other adverse effects, they are not treated with corticosteroids and do not contraindicate immunotherapy. Need to inform and educate patients.
