摘要
In a previous paper, we present ballistic data and a cylindrical, cavity-expansion model that predicts the ballistic limit and residual velocities for the perforation of aluminum plates by rigid, ogive-nose, rod projectiles. That model assumes an infinite plate diameter. In this note, we present another model that estimates the effect of a finite plate diameter.
